Linkwalla
Linkwalla is a hyper-minimalist blogging tool. It is a blog that you can set up on your own server, easily, without using a database — it runs entirely on text files.
I created Linkwalla from 2003 to 2006. I distributed it on sourceforge where there were 1000s of downloads. You can still get the open source version of Linkwalla on the Google code. However, there is a security issue in that version, so use caution.
